We always advise double checking your measurements before submitting your order. Mismeasures are not common, but they can happen. This is the reason we ask for more than one measurement of your length and width during the order process as it allows us to make you a bespoke blind specifically for your space and also means we can usually pick up any potential mismeasures before the manufacturing process begins.

If, once you receive your blind, you find a mismeasure has occurred, we will work with you to resolve the issue in the most cost-effective way possible.

Once you have placed your order your Lantern Roof Blind will arrive within 3-5 weeks if you have opted for supply only. If you have requested our fitting service, we will contact you directly to book a fitting date and the timescale is then subject to availability.

We offer two types of fabric. A light filtering and a blockout fabric.

The light filtering fabric will stop the glare from the sun whilst still allowing natural light into the room and we recommend this fabric for any room that is used as a living space.

The blockout fabric itself will eliminate light from the room. However, we do not guarantee 100% light elimination as there may be light seepage where the fabric meets the frame of the blind. We recommend the blockout fabric for bedrooms, nurseries, and cinema/projector rooms.

Both fabrics offer strong thermal qualities due to the honeycomb structure of the fabric.

Each fabric range has 12 different colour options.

Yes. You can request up to 6 different fabric colour samples. Please use our contact form to request these.

Please provide your required colours, whether you were interested in light filtering or blockout option and the delivery address.

Due to our Lantern Roof Blinds being a bespoke made to measure product tailored made to your specific requirements orders can only be cancelled in the first 24 hours after being placed. The cancellation needs to be made via email to enquiries@lanternroofblinds.co.uk.

Once you have placed your order, we will provide you with written fitting instructions and also a link to an instructional video that will take you through the fitting process. If you require any further assistance with the fitting process, we are also available over the phone during business hours.
